  • Fitness assessments – Assessments of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance and muscular strength in order to gauge your current fitness level.
  • Goal setting – A detailed discussion of what you hope to achieve with in-home personal training and then development of a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
